PetRad
PetRad was started in 2001 by Robert C. McLear, VMD, DACVR, a board certified veterinary radiologist. The practice expanded upon purchase of the Veterinary Radiology Consultation Service, a referral service run by Dr. Darryl Biery for over 30 years.
PetRad provides mail-in and teleradiology interpretation services as well as on-site ultrasound examinations and computed tomography (CT) studies.
When needed, we draw on the knowledge of other boarded specialists in internal medicine, surgery, and exotic animal medicine to provide you and your patients with the highest quality services.

We also offer radioiodine therapy for treatment of feline hyperthyroidism. Radioiodine therapy is the quickest, safest, and most effective method for treating hyperthyroid cats.
We have been treating cats in the Delaware Valley since 2003, and we are the only provider in the area that will guarantee the effectiveness of our treatment for the lifetime of your cat. A referral from your veterinarian is required.
