PetRad was started in 2001 by Robert C. McLear, VMD, DACVR, a board certified veterinary radiologist. The practice expanded upon purchase of the Veterinary Radiology Consultation Service, a referral service run by Dr. Darryl Biery for over 30 years. PetRad welcomed Lisa S. Ziemer, VMD, DACVR to the practice in 2004.
PetRad provides mail-in and teleradiology interpretation services as well as on-site ultrasound examinations and computed tomography (CT) studies. PetRad draws on the knowledge of other boarded specialists in internal medicine, surgery, and exotic animal medicine to provide you and your patients with the highest quality services.
